1. Admin Operations
Employment Type: Full & Part Time (On-site)
Location: Setia Alam, Selangor
Responsibilities:
– Manage daily order processing and fulfilment
– Coordinate inventory, stock updates, and warehouse organisation
– Assist in product packing, quality checks, and workflow efficiency
– Work closely with marketing, admin, and customer support teams
Requirements:
– Strong attention to detail
– Able to work fast and efficiently
– Good communication and teamwork skills
– Experience in e-commerce operations is a plus
2. Customer Service
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Location: Setia Alam, Selangor (on-site or hybrid depending on your setup)
Responsibilities:
– Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, email, TikTok, and Shopee
– Provide after-sales support and product guidance
– Manage order status updates and simple admin tasks
– Ensure positive customer experience and fast response times
Requirements:
– Able to work on a rotating shift schedule:
• Morning Shift: Early Morning to Late Afternoon
• Evening Shift: Late Afternoon to Midnight
– Excellent communication and people skills
– Able to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
– Calm and professional when handling customer issues
– Bonus: Basic understanding of perfumes (training will be provided)
Internship Opportunities
For students seeking internships in creative, digital, media, and marketing fields.

Creative Media Internship
Suitable for: Creative Media, Film, Animation, Graphic Design students
What you will learn:
– Video editing, filming, and multimedia production
– Creative direction for social media (TikTok, IG Reels)
– Photo editing, product photography, content shooting
– Branding visuals and aesthetic presentation
Digital Marketing Internship
Suitable for: Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Business, Business IT, E-Commerce students
What you will learn:
– Social media content planning & scheduling
– E-commerce product uploads and SEO optimization
– Running campaigns on TikTok, Shopee, Meta Ads
– Analytics, competitor research, content performance tracking
