1. Return for Damaged Item (Broken / Leaking / Spillage)
- If your item arrives broken, leaking, or spilled, you are eligible for a return.
- Please keep proof (photo/video of unboxing or parcel condition upon arrival).
- A replacement of the same value will be sent (subject to stock availability).
- Return shipping costs for damaged items will be covered by Qube Fragrance.
2. Money Back Guarantee (MBG) – 100% Authenticity Promise
We stand behind our authenticity. If you can prove the perfume is fake, we will give you a full refund.
- Proof must be valid and sufficient (e.g. verification from an authorised counter/brand, or other technical evidence).
- The returned item must have at least 90% liquid remaining (no more than 10% used).
- Refund will be processed within 14 working days after we receive and verify the item.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items used more than 10% (for MBG cases).
- Free gifts & accessories (stickers, vials, miniature, etc.).
- Change of mind (e.g. “I don’t like the scent”) is not eligible.
4. Return Process
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer/e-wallet within 14 working days after we receive & verify the item.
